Reframing business failure‼️
Between 1903 and 1996, nearly 200 publicly traded Dutch firms disappeared from the stock exchange. The authors of doi.org/10.1080/0007... show that it mostly had to do with shifting ideas about corporate purpose than with changes in law or policy.
