Mine did too. I’m old now and only just understanding, also my mother just passed away recently so I’m feeling quite explosive at times coupled with anger, they are emotions I’m not used to so it’s so confusing if that makes sense

Yeah it’s not for us yet here we are. I’ve definitely got worse since Facebook took control. There is a direct correlation, my anxiety has turned into anger!
