'Language Barrier' 2013 Entire text of the Oxford Dictionary of Foreign Words and Phrases rolled into beads and sewn into a tube, nylon rope, made-to-order acrylic stanchions, nuts and bolts. Approx. 38,000 beads / 22 meters (72 feet) long.
For #ThrowbackThursday, here's part of my installation 'You Can't See The Forest' from my solo show 'Word View' at the Saskatchewan Craft Council Gallery in 2013. I made 765 leaves out of a discarded copy of Webster's New Students Dictionary.
