Today, I reached the point where I've walked enough steps to average at least 10,000/day for the whole year, which was my goal.
While constantly battling imposter syndrome and also feeling like I'm never doing enough, it's nice to see empirical proof of effort.

Sports have always given us a window into "what's really going on" while also dressing up - and serving - as an escape. Nobody NEEDS TO invest time/thought/emotion in them, but that doesn't mean it's foolish to invest time/thought/emotion in them.

Being a sports editor in the middle of the state playoffs and also somehow the beginning of spring sports with a 1-year-old at home means that you don't sleep, but it also means that you can see some cool moon stuff sometimes. #MoonStuff
