We’re excited to share that Cal Cities’ co-sponsored SB 456 by @senatorashby.bsky.social was signed by the Governor! 🙌 This new law makes it easier for cities to commission muralists by exempting them from state contractor license requirements for public and private art projects. 🎨✨
