I was surprised at how well he turned out in the warmer colors cause I also think of his usual color as blue! now he can become the yankee candle of his dreams 🕯️🙌

the telvanni is based off ruffinvangarr's magister robe mod + neloth's in tes5, the redoran is based off tr design docs + some in-game clothes, and the hlaalu is based off existing tr clothes!

I want to do clothes for houses indoril, dres, and dagoth too but there's even less refs for those 3! :')

thank you for the response!! :) yeah things like playing the storylines and reading books is more what I'd be doing too! and that's a really good point about having nothing to lose too lol, if I'm not playing with anybody else then I can't mess up anyone else's game time either!

oooh that's actually great to hear that you can get some dlc stuff from other players! even if it is expensive, I always liked games where players without dlc still get to experience it a bit - people like to clown on DS2 but I thought this was a great aspect of it that I wish was more common!

thanks for the response! :) yeah it's dungeons and stuff like that I was worried about! because if they're like, mandatory or something then I'd for sure have a bad time - but if most of the actual "story" content is doable alone then that's good to know!

tysm for the response! yeah I kind of figured that'd be the case with rp options, it's hard to write lore consequences for an ongoing story after all lol - and yeah I've heard negative things about the crown store, which makes sense; stores like that with buyable currency are predatory by nature :/

(2/2) something like "well if you didn't get this item from 2018 then there's no way you can do this or this in-game thing" or something? that's always been one reason I avoid mmos, is that there's always such a sense of "missing out" because you are quite literally missing something others have!

by "worth playing solo" what I mean is, obviously there's a decade worth of events, content, etc that I'll be missing out on, so I'm worried that maybe there's been some power creep, special items, etc that just makes it untenable to join as a new player in 2025, you know what I mean? like (1/2)

anyway, the coloring in that image actually gives me some ideas, thank you for posting it!! I never thought about using a sort of brownish or less-saturated yellow instead, to make it more of a mustard yellow than sunny yellow!

the hlaalus are meant to be the yellow party but I couldn't put kirch in an all-yellow outfit or else he would just become umaibo lmao, thankfully there's a TR outfit that's got a lot of yellow and blue that I was inspired by!
