Juan Carlos Lopez Gomez, a 21 year old BORN United States citizen was arrested by ICE who claim he "entered Florida as an unauthorized alien".

Gomez's mother presented his birth certificate & social security card to a judge who then said she had no authority to order his release from ICE custody.
