also, he is not good b/c he's imperfect, his empathy is who he is. and why he's good. and is a better argument against lex, and a better movie. i.t. the film is too preoccupied by gunn's internet and gotg experience which held it back a bot. still enjoyed it though. @bobchipman.bsky.social

i enjoyed superman, unfortunately superman wasn't in that film, it was peter quill (starlord). gotg is still too fresh in gunn's mind. superfriends' kal-el would've had a more inventive counter to lex coaching the clone without krypto chewing the cameras (who's in the movie b/c gunn misses his dog).
