Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, a reminder that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our lungs.

Living with a lung condition can bring daily challenges, and we’re striving for a future where no one feels alone in their journey to breathe and to heal.

Every step counts toward stronger lungs.

Join our challenge by walking, running or moving 1.25 km—heck, even dance if you want to! It’s a small distance that makes a big impact, reminding us how vital movement is for lung health.

Are you in? Lace up and share your journey with us.

Awareness and caution around areas where rodents live are key to preventing Hantavirus. Stay safe and protect your lungs! 🫁
canadianlung.bsky.social
People can get Hantavirus when tiny particles from rodent saliva, urine, droppings or nesting materials become airborne and are inhaled.

For example, sweeping a garage where infected mice have nested can stir up these particles and put your lungs at risk.

Tiny rodents can carry a BIG risk!

Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome is a rare but serious lung disease spread by deer, mice and other wild rodents. 🐭
