Actually not a ship fic, it's about Optimus' capture by the Decepticons and how he's stripped of his personhood and body. Also it's written in Mandarin.
Google translate is not kind to it but its a good darkfic.

Blitzwing holds Optimus up by the leg, it's cracked and gougin, between Optimus legs drips fluid that might be blood or cum. Blitwing's other hand is around his throat holding his head still while he sticks his tongue down it. Optmus is crying, his eyes are red and he has fangs, his body is dull and broken with appearing to be melting on the inside. His arm is held up uselessly only leaving a scratch on Blitzwing. The art piece is lit by pink and green lighting with magenta shadows.

If the reason you got confused that there aren’t three of you- that you don’t identify as different people- organics would likely classify that as OSDD (otherwise specified dissociative disorder) which is a catch all for plp who do not meet all the criteria of a dissociative disorder.

Organics do not call it ‘split personality‘ anymore, or multiple personality disorder, instead changing it DID (dissociative identity disorder) to further empathize the cause of the disorder and its symptoms. Distinct alters is just one of the criteria for the disorder. (Sorry my autism activated)
