Welp this snow storm was an overachiever. Got 7 inches here in Bloomington Normal Illinois. Glad I was able to stay home. Roads are bad in town. Interstates are way worse with numerous accidents.

Made a sweet potato gratin (recipe from Skinnytaste website). It was okay. Missing a sweet sweet potato dish to balance out the savory. But my cornbread dressing came out perfectly
