I must have started going to conventions right at the tail end of this era, because I do recall it being different in the early 2010's.

Under Quarry short comic

Two canines are about to go swimming in a Quarry: "Are you sure this is safe?" "What?" "I mean like, is it okay to swim here?" "Are you afraid" "I mean yeah. It's so murky you can't even see the bottom." "Hmm... Want me to jump down there, swim around and make sure all is good?" "What no! That's a bad-" the grey one jumps: "oh god he's fucking doing it"

"splash" the grey canine goes under the surface as the brown one waits for him to resurface. "What's taking him so long?" Suddenly he appears, afraid, he walks past the brown one, grabbing his wrist. "Come on we're going"

"what's wrong was something down there" "there was nothing to worry about, okay... Now, let's go somewhere else and forget it." They walk off, out of the water a single finger pokes through the surface. Under the water the grey dog is tied to the bottom, air bubbles come out his mouth.

Stay Spooky. Stay Positive. We're at the October mid-point. This tends to be when burn out creeps up. Look for some events you can't do in mid-August when we're all pining for Halloween's return. Soak it all in. As with all things Halloween will be gone before you're ready

Made a little display case for my Clash of the Titan figures, using this cheap window box from dollar general and a picture I printed on line. Felt these figures didn't fit in anywhere, so I had to spruce them up a little.

2022 is the best of the post theatrical ones. The bar wasn't set high on those though.
Also, I will always defend Pinhead in space. The best of the horror guy in space sub-genre that exists for some reason.
