Why do you think ego death is bad? I think it's amazing. I listened to a lot of videos to induce ego death on YouTube. Not even for the reason you described. Just so I wouldn't be frustrated with the way someone was acting.
Black people deal with tragedy like this a lot. Nazis actually copied the way America treated Black people. It's that bad and that's why we all should care.
He was a teenager walking home from a convenience store where he went to buy candy. He was stalked by a racist man. The racist man called the cops saying he looked suspicious. The cops said leave him alone. The racist man ended up killing him. Very horrifying. Imagine if that happened to your kid.
