Editors AND journals are responsible to get rid of bullies!

There are so many young and motivated scientists who want to be an editor. Those positions should be given to those motivated for the job...

I cannot believe how editors are somewhat left out their responsibility in this article. If a reviewer is mean, and you should never be mean but always nice and constructive (that's what peer review is!!!), it is the editor's responsibility to step in. They should be the experts and not admins...
