This is predominantly the effect of PURL - the majority of gear is coming from 🇺🇸 stocks. Deals with the crooked 🇺🇸 administration need to be made, European money is spent and then there are long delays waiting for gear to materialize. Meanwhile Biden aid keeps flowing if Trump allows it to flow.
