After about 100 hours, I've finally beaten the day 1: perish mode in Salt and Shadow, a challenge by the devs. Also a second challenge being the first player to complete a certain fight with 0 deaths. A custom Tediursa (I made the sprite for) and Wooloo will be added to the game!

It's beyond adorable, and very relaxing, it's like stardew but you are a witch, with a story similar to harvest moon where you are helping build a village up to bring the people back. Big highlight is the cats, love these little guys, I've ignored the main story for hours for them lol

After a month+ of hell, evacuees are home from the wildfire, and while its still burning, it's kind of just, over there and no longer our problem. It's controlled and away from civilization now.

The fact I can unpack and slowly go back to a normal life is extremely welcome.

When I think about this, I consider Fiora, where her ultimate in league wasn't really "win the game" but makes sense to be it in a card game. It makes me wonder if changing her for example to not be a wincon, but turning to an endgame stage for the game upon completing her OG wincon would be viable
