My #PirateChef did his own take on Flemish Beef Stew for our Valentine’s Dinner, using Guinness instead of Belgian ale. Slowly cooked for over 4 hours, until the meat was just falling apart tender & served over a bed of rice with veggies. Turned out awesome & absolutely yummy!

6 years ago today, I brought home a tiny, wobbly ginger kitten. Mother had stopped feeding him too early; so he ended up with food issues, & needed special care. He ended up being called #MonkeyBear.

Neuro-spicy & a hyper teen; these days he is a mellow, chubby ginger boy, just taking life easy.
