The festival will be held at Chapter 23-26 April & online 23 April - 10 May 2026!

Early bird submissions are now open for the BAFTA qualifying edition! Early bird closes on 30th June!

Cardiff Animation Festival x New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival is funded by Wales Arts International, British Council Wales and Welsh Government as part of Wales and Japan 2025, celebrating and strengthening connections across both countries.
