✨#25 - We loved being part of the Bladensburg Day Festival in October! We’re so excited to officially join the Bladensburg community after opening our Maryland office this past January. It was great to connect with neighbors, share what we do, and be in community.🧡

Abel Nunez of @carecendc.bsky.social reminds us this country has always been terrible for immigrants, Trump just allowed us to see it. MPD has always collaborated with the feds on immigration. What’s new is the level of cruelty & using immigration as testing ground for taking away all our rights.

✨#28 As the school year began, #allies showed up strong, standing alongside immigrant families amidst increased immigration enforcement. This year, we delivered many #KYR across DC/ MD, working with public/charter schools to ensure educators & parents know their legal rights & can protect students

Thank you for showing up strongly for immigrant families! 🧡We raised $11,415 in just 24 hours - surpassing our $10,000 #GivingTuesday goal.

Thank you for standing with immigrant families and ensuring that, in the face of an agenda designed to make them invisible, they are seen, valued & protected.

Starting Oct 20, 2025, the path to US citizenship will become even harder. The civics test is expanding from 100 to 128 questions & applicants will face added scrutiny on moral character, creating more barriers.
