To pay C-suite more without paying more and exorbitant taxes, you have to raise the average salary. No more productivity gains to only the top.

We need to put a cap on C-suite salaries. Say 10-20x average salary, ratcheting down over a few years, including ALL compensation.

You can pay people whatever you want, but every dollar over that 10% is taxed at 100%. Every dollar over 15% is taxed 150%. And so on.

I hate it when people say minimum wage jobs are entry level jobs or jobs for teenagers.

That is not what minimum wage was designed to be. It's supposed to be the minimum salary to lead a decent life--not just survival
