More and more people in the U.S. are aging without the proper support for caregivers. We deserve a better care system—one where care is affordable, care workers get paid better wages, and everyone can receive care they need.

Caregiving takes many forms—driving a loved one to appointments, checking in on a parent, preparing meals, managing medications, or helping a child learn. If you recognize yourself in any of these roles, you’re one of the 105.6 million caregivers making a difference every day.

This #NationalFamilyCaregiversMonth, we're also thinking of the immense and often invisible hardships that caregivers and families have faced this year and continue to face due to the government shutdown.

We need Congress to take action: no cuts, no concessions. #ProtectMedicaid

At its core, care is universally human. And no matter our politics, background, or beliefs, every one of us will need care and provide care at some point in our lives.

Major win for California! Gov. Newsom just signed two new care bills into laws.

California will now allow workers to use paid leave to care for extended family and chosen family! There’s also a new state program to help workers better understand their rights.

A HUGE win for care!
