18F-FDG PET/CT is highly effective in detecting immune-related adverse events (IRAEs) in metastatic melanoma patients undergoing immunotherapy. It identified 92% of IRAEs, including 33% not suspected clinically, making it a valuable tool in managing adverse effects.
