Nine months ago, DHS and FEMA attempted to block millions in funding for Muslim organizations. Effort was dropped, but six months later, attacks resumed: these groups were stripped of eligibility for security funds, allegedly due to ties to terrorists. Qatar jet and air force base in USA is okay.
