Besides the dementia,Trump is ineffective bc he requires his cabinet to worship him. Leadership & the ability to run a huge government department are qualities that do not exist in those who kneel before Trump. They are weak yes-people who will do the round the conference table ass kissing routine.

While I'm definitely worried about the negative impacts of the next administration, I'm more worried about the cover-up of the impact data. Recall that Trump did everything he could to hide COVID data.
