Hey, it's Amazon Prime (cancellation) days! I'm celebrating cancelling my Prime membership in protest of Amazon union busting tactics in Montreal and not ordering anything at all from them in well over a year! Wooooo!

"Talent" isn't a thing, and the myth of it so damaging. Aptitude exists, but really it's INTEREST that matters. Are you interested in something enough to keep doing it over and over, so that you eventually get good at it? It's love that makes the repetition possible and (mostly) even enjoyable.

Vaccines are just sophisticated homeopathy. The idea that "like cures like" is both the basis of primitive medicine and primitive magic. Traditional medicine has value, but we need science to determine the dosage and delivery that will be safest and most effective. They can coexist!

I appreciate you sharing this. My partner and are both struggling like this. I think pretty much anyone with an empathetic bone in their body is feeling this way. ❤️ On a basic level, it takes a belief in the future to even make a to-do list. The future has never been so uncertain in my lifetime.

I thought republicans were all for people being allowed to refuse to serve customers (and patients) when they don't agree with their lifestyle? The hypocrisy is so stark that it makes me see spots when I close my eyes.
