The only reason I don't believe the Russians on this is that I don't think Trump would have been able to keep it a secret. He would have been bragging about it by now. That's the *only* reason I don't believe it.

Statement from Illinois Governor JB Pritzker

This evening, President Trump is ordering 400 members of the Texas National Guard for deployments to Illinois, Oregon, and other locations within the United States. No officials from the federal government called me directly to discuss or coordinate.
We must now start calling this what it is: Trump's Invasion. It started with federal agents, it will soon include deploying federalized members of the Illinois National Guard against our wishes, and it will now involve sending in another state's military troops.
I call on Governor Abbott to immediately withdraw any support for this decision and refuse to coordinate. There is no reason a President should send military troops into a sovereign state without their knowledge, consent, or cooperation.
The brave men and women who serve in our national guards must not be used as political props. This is a moment where every American must speak up and help stop this madness.

There are plenty of Deep Throats. The issue is there aren't any Woodwards & Bernsteins that are actually covering the leaks consistently & coherently (they're all doing clickbaits), which is mostly due to the mass media owners/editors not letting them do actual journalism.

So chordates wouldn't have evolved *from* worms, we would have developed along a parallel track from them. Just like humans didn't descend from modern apes, we descended from a common ancestor, so they're more like our cousins.

No, worms are 3 different phyla (nematoda, planaria, & annelida), while we're chordates. Also, they're protostomes (mouth formed first) & we're deuterostomes (mouth second). The invertebrates we're most closely related to are echinoderms, the only other deuterostome phyla.
