Sometimes, healing from trauma looks like actually enjoying scary Halloween stuff again and being fully aware that I'm not actually in danger and that it's all in good fun. Happy spooky season!

I'm really terrible at making friends. I am guessing it's bc I try to get deeply connected with people and do not know how to be casual but I'm not really sure. Anyway, if anyone is in the Massachusetts area and wants to nerd out and go to the Renaissance faire with me some weekend, let me know.

If a TV show is too expensive to make, why not just tell the creators and writers that they only have one more season and they better wrap things up? It makes it risky and annoying to get invested in new shows knowing they can be dropped at any time, no matter how wonderful.

I can't believe it took me this long to get the parenthood game pack in the sims. It adds so much fun gameplay! I needed some happy, wholesome fun today.🤗

A really kind and supportive teacher I have pointed out to me once that sexuality can be fluid. That is something I can hold onto as I explore my asexual identity with the freedom to see where it goes and what it means. (And how that may or may not change!) We are all valid.

Anybody who's been out as asexual for a minute and a half has heard the "well what if you're wrong?" and "what if it's a phase?" narrative. Coupled with "you shouldn't ID that way if you're not SURE."

Oh I want so badly to go to the new isle of berk attraction at Universal studios. Those are the first chapter books my son and I read together and it got him so excited about reading. Plus the story is so lovely.

I have accidentally created a uniform for myself. I basically wear some version of this outfit almost every day. My closet is full of variations on the same shirt and 5 pairs of the exact same jeans. It makes me so happy.
