This game's gimmick seems to be that you can only interact with your environment, move, etc while looking through the camera "selfie-style" - pointed at the player.

maybe more games should have "gun that deals double damage in melee range and may explode at any given moment" and "sword that steals items AND life force" and "jacket that makes it that when you heal there's chance you'll activate roid rage"
