Catford #parkrun 317 saw some beautiful autumnal colours & with firm conditions underfoot there were 48 PBs amongst the 248 runners & walkers. There were 32 1st timers, with 3 doing their very 1st parkrun. A massive thank you to the 28 wonderful volunteers.

It was pacing week for Catford #parkrun 316 & there were 21 PBs amongst the 224 runners and walkers. There were 26 1st timers & 3 doing their very 1st parkrun - welcome! A massive thank you to the 33 fabulous volunteers who made it all happen.

Help! We need marshals. If you can unleash your inner Dana or inner Charles (or just be yourself) we’d love to hear from you ⬇️. You’ll need to marshal quite a lot before you get your own sign though!

Mountsfield Park was also once home to Henry Tibbats Stainton who was a famous Victorian lepidopterist. The house he lived in had to be demolished and all that remains are the metal containers used by the cafe.
