A walk for #WorldRefugeeDayPDX is set for Friday, June 20. The gathering starts 5:30 p.m. at the Salmon Street Fountain, 1000 SW Naito Parkway. The walk commences at 6 p.m. along the riverfront and Eastbank Esplanade. Catholic Charities continues to help refugees who settled here in past months!

Ester worried constantly and was afraid to try anything on her own. She spoke no English. Her entire life was dedicated to caring for her son, and she refused most help. Staff from Catholic Charities of Oregon were the only people she trusted.
