I lived in San Diego most of my 66 years….NEVER has the I5 shut down for military activity. My mother was a U.S. Marine and also worked at Camp Pendleton as a civie (for the Base Commander) for nearly two decades. This is not how the Marines do things. This seems like North Korea or Russian antics.

Uh. Camp Pendleton is next to a number of medium to large cities: Oceanside (175,000–this number does not include Base residents—Pendleton’s “front” gate is in Oceanside), Carlsbad (115,00) and Vista (100,00—Pendleton’s “back gate is located in this city)..

So she’s testifying (yes, under oath) in front of the OVERSIGHT Committee and she refuses to discuss the legal aspects to this group of lawyers (I suspect they are all lawyers) in charge of making sure stuff is legal….

Absolutely unacceptable how she behaved—it’s an embarrassment that someone in her position.
1. She should be ashamed of herself; 2. She should be disbarred. And 3. If this is a just country, she will be tried and convicted for her actions.
