Last week the President ordered US withdrawal from 67 international orgs and many of the world’s leading scientific institutions. We are deeply alarmed by this. Withdrawing from the world is not the path forward.

Today we give thanks as Pope Leo proclaims a Special Year of St. Francis! This year, the Church will celebrate St. Francis as a witness of peace in our broken world, and to mark the 800th anniversary of his death.
