Morning all woke up at half 8 this morning 🌞 have had pudsey out yet he's still asleep. So I had a coffee max my healthy cereal it's got walnut and seeds granola other seeds. it's really nice. Soon gOign on the bike and doing my exercises. 🙂

I was 12 6 now I am 11 10 ½ so I have a lot. but I have given up sweets and candy and ice cream and fizzy drinks eating really healthy now. Going out for walks work outs . And going on the bike I feel so much better and how is your recovery going :⁠-⁠)

Even so I didn't live at Sheffield but this is really sad news I am sorry to all the people who used to go the for singing carols and singing traditional songs it's really sad 🥺
