"We don't have an exam this week, do we?

I often worry that I come across as rude irl partially because of my struggle with social norms and as well due to my daydreaming. Sometimes, I'm like 50 layer deep in imagining some great fantasy battle that i don't react when I'm addressed by someone. I'm not ignoring you, my soul is journeying

I have finished War and Peace. What a fantastic read from beginning to end. Filled with life, vivacity, characters amiable and repugnant, with good deeds and bad, with deaths that made me solemn and marriages I didn't expect. A novel as vast as Russia itself

Hey, did you look at the sky today? Maybe that cloud over there looks like an ice cream cone. Maybe you're watching the sunrise while i can see the sunset from my window. I like thinking how we all live under that huge, azure sky. Everyone sees it differently but we are still all together

Anglophone countries I'd visit

Canada: Sure, I'd love to take a hike and watch the landscape

Australia: maybe with a guide, the animals scare me

New Zealand: oh hell yeah!

Ireland: like rn if you'd let me

USA: oh HELL no! Too scared of either getting shot or kidnapped by ice

Yo, US folks. Is it really that bad?

While I had heard about residential schools in Canada and was ofc somewhat familiar with slavery in the US, I hadn't heard about the horrors the ppl of the Stolen Generations had to endure in Australia. I never learned that anywhere in school. I learned about it for the first time today in uni
