Today’s ride. This effort had five hard pushes ranging from 1 to 3 1/2 minutes, followed by five builds to a 30-second sprint. Was a little tired, but with a Bad Bunny playlist, it was really easy to move! #Cycling #Fitness #fitafter50 #5amclub

Today’s race. The Y-Not-Tri at our local YMCA. This is a timed event, 10 minute swim, 20 minutes on the spin bike, and 20 minutes on the treadmill. No official results yet, but I’m very happy with my effort! #fitafter50 #fitness #running #swimming #cycling

Today’s ride. Friday’s are usually run days, but even I have a limit for cold! Took to the bike instead. This effort had a two-minute hard push, followed by two all out sprints, each between 40-60 seconds. This was done four times. Happy frigid Friday! #cycling #fitness #fitafter50 #5amclub
