- Start with the “highest-need” schools with 10+ kids in shelters
- Fund overtime pay for teachers serving as "caring adults," as well as books, laundry, and staff training

The 2-page plan, detailing a promise he made during the primary, is to grow the # of students in "Every Child and Family Is Known" from 3,200 to 7,000 homeless students in his first year as mayor, before expanding citywide.
Staff hold daily check-ins with kids and weekly meetings with their parents.
