WALTER’S FRIEND was written during my second year of undergraduate (2001 - 2002) while I was trying to figure out how to be a successful self-published author. My first two novels bombed and I was on the verge of quitting writing.

I won my first award and positive reviews with this book.

On the outside, people assume Tony “Rollon Rebel” is an angry, hell-on-wheels troll who’s always in somebody’s business. The truth is, Tony is much more than a mouth piece. He’s not afraid to stand up to social media bullies and others who think they can throw rocks at him and hide their hand.

I don't know many things, but I do know that comparing yourself and your writing journey to another author and their journey is the fastest route to Misery town. I had to train myself to stop comparing, I don't always manage it, but when I do it always makes me so unhappy. Eyes on the road ahead 🖤
