I have found a way to continue with my goals to clear out my demos for your amusement even if my internet can't handle streaming until the engineer comes - it'll go to YouTube! Here's the write-up for yesterday's attempt, and some details: ko-fi.com/post/Demo-Di...
Update: that was entirely a bust - apparently "switch it off and switch it on again" does not cure something that the broadband speed test immediately said, "Ooh, you need an engineer to fix this". I will still play demos, but I will post recordings to YouTube. Stay tuned for details.

Actually ... going to try kicking the router and doing a test run with SiMarket Cloth Simulator, and going to start now because it's only 15 minutes or so and it's better to know than not. Spooky Week is currently on hold, as I have discovered the streaming problem and it appears to be the kind of network issue that requires an engineer's assistance. So I'm going to give it a miss for now. I'll still play through the demos, but I'll record them and post them on YouTube instead- 1/
