Those are good too, but since they are on the heavy side I need to be a bit more careful. Milkshakes, Smoothies etc are things I need to be careful with just because they're heavier and make me bloated

Finished Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter last night, and while I have thoughts on the game, HOLY SHIT that ending hits like a friggin freight train...

The last time a video game story's ending hit me this hard was Xenoblade Chronicles 2 in 2017.

I'm STILL reeling from what I have witnessed.
