Last month I lost my beautiful boy Alfie after his little kidneys gave up on him. When you literally walked into my life and made yourself at home over a decade ago, I never knew how much you would change me, hard to believe I was a dog person back then.

Lucky enough to get to visit the Switch 2 experience in London today! Loved the device itself, feels very premium for a Nintendo device. Highlights game wise were Mario Kart, Metroid and Donkey Kong, looking forward to getting stuck into those properly.

After about 3 months and 130 hours, I've finally finished Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Future Redeemed. I think I prefer the story of the 1st game as a whole but really, really enjoyed 3 much more than I was expecting. Going to miss that cast of characters.

Great time at Distant Worlds over the weekend! Setlist had a lot of my favourites and even had a surprise Ben Starr appearance!

Wrap up of this year's gaming activities. Most of this year has been taken up spending over 100 hours in two RPGs (Persona 3 Reload and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth) and lots I haven't sunk any time into yet (Metaphor, Unicorn Overlord, Dawntrail).
