Turns out it was actually closer to 70 lbs--a -fifth- of my body weight. I'm down below 300 for the first time in 15 years. 280 lbs is still a lot, but at 6'5", that's a much healthier figure.

Y'all, for the love of god, medicate your depression. Prozac has been life-changing.

The transition of Shiro from "stoic, perpetually tired kiddo" to "expressive, energetic goblin with a penchant for light mischief" has been one of the nicer surprises to come out of the last couple months for me.

I like both sides of the coin, to be fair.
