Logician in a pandemic of illogic. Could be a Republican but refuse to follow them into Qrazy Traitorville. Enjoying the trip through nature on the way to eternity.

Trump will be a potemkin president. His intellect, attention span and energy are wholly inadequate to the job, and the administration’s decisions will mostly be made around him by zealots…which is exactly what groups like Project 2025 and Peter Thiel were counting on.
“When you ain’t got nothin’, you got nothin’ to lose”
It’s hyperbole and bias (recency and political). Just a year ago Fox ‘News’ was calling inflation that had dropped below 3% “SPIRALING!!!”
The contrasting reactions to fake Jade Helm vs. the real one may be the clearest sign of MAGA’s decline into conspiracy and propaganda…though there are many.
Two signs of our national decline:

1) Sports leagues shifting from resisting gambling as a danger, to encouraging (and profiting from) betting.

2) Bezos dismantling the formerly venerable WaPo.
The mean time necessary to dismantle a MAGA argument is 16 seconds…it’s pathetic how rickety and disingenuous they are.
Our current state is to me less concerning than the rate of decline, with 3+ years left to survive Trump and retain some semblance of democracy. Surviving what folllows him is another challenge.
At some point, framing and exaggeration become flat-out lying.

Trump passed that point a while ago, fabricating justifications for his invasion of Dem cities.
We’re in a battle between readily observable reality and MAGA’s apocalyptic lies, that drive Trump’s brazenly illegal acts. It’s important, and WaPo and other major media aren’t helping.
When will obvious reality finally pierce the bubble of MAGA’s fake apocalyptic world? It’s important.
At this point ANY judge capable of opening their eyes should halt these unconstitutional invasions based on false pretense.
“As a matter of law” is gone when you elect someone who’s spent his entire life staying one step ahead of the law, throwing legal obstacles in its way.
Put bad widdle Trump in his timeout chair! Oh, the chair was in the East Wing?
It‘S jUsT CaMeRa DiStOrTiOn!

ABC News pulled the satellite imagery of the White House comparing Sept. 26 to today.

Maybe they’re cowed by Musk’s, “Pay me $1T or I unleash the AI killer robots!” threat.

I exaggerate, a bit.
It is the silliest binary strawman Trump's defenders could put forth. "He's not a king!" ignores his attempts to assume that type of power.
They found the doddering real estate guy a hobby, while the Vought-Miller administration continues its destruction.
More ammo for plaintiff's lawyers. Trump won't respond to mayors and police chiefs saying his "(Insert city) is a warzone" statements are BS, but he will respond to his oligarch donors.
"Two weeks" is a limitless future concept which never actually arrives.
The tired cliche, "Siri, what is a metaphor?" would be entirely appropriate here.
They weren’t perfect, but our Founders repeatedly warned against a Trump-like figure arising, and put in protective measures. In ignoring and contravening those, the destruction enabled by Roberts’ decision will be massive.
Works out great for Fox ‘News’ that they can pull b-roll from any time in any place to support their false “Blue cities in turmoil” narrative.

Madrid 2015? Sure, it looks destructive!
One indicator of our decade-long descent is sports leagues going from, “We must resist gambling, it’ll destroy our legitimacy” to, “Here’s the lock of the week, just click here!”

Money rules all.
Chemtrails. The “stolen election.” Antifa/Comey/James/(insert enemy here).

When a disastrous event eventually intrudes, Trump’s descent into conspiracy chasing is going to blow back on him and those enabling him.
I’m pretty sure than, in order to sleep at night, the 6 Republican SC Justices remind themselves that they’re playing the long game, that the massive destruction of our 250 year-old Constitutional system is just a bump.
More absurd: legendary director being broke, or a watch going for $1M?

Answer: the 2nd, which is ridiculous in addition to being hard to believe.
