I was expecting to get a telling off today (health anxiety) however it was great news, my numbers have dropped to 40 and I need to stop taking some medication and be tested again in 3 months. I’m quite proud of myself and it’s just more motivation to look after myself more! #diabetes

Just paid £6.30 for two large 1st class stamps and I feel like I’ve been robbed. My face must have been a picture. Crazy price!

Had some annual checks today and I learnt my home scales are wrong, I’m 5lbs lighter than I thought (I will take that) still expecting a telling off next week but I will take that too.

We got snow, enough to make it tricky on some roads from what I saw on the news pages (it doesn’t take much) but not enough to make it look pretty and its vanishing quickly this morning ❄️

We haven’t had snow here yet but blimey it’s icy this morning! Black ice. Managed to get my Grandson to school but it took us a while as the paths are just as bad as the roads. He raised his fist in the air when we got to school and said we made it Mammar! 😅

Last year I said I would make more time for myself & failed miserably due to my caring commitments and my physical / mental health. To also look after my skin which I did better at although my wrinkles are very much wrinkling 😬 this year I WILL make the time for me, selfish maybe but needs must.

I’ve swopped shoulder bags over and I’m in love, literally 🤦🏻♀️ I am making progress though as I normally buy bags, protect and treat them but store them away!

I love pyjamas, I may have mentioned it a few times but pyjamas that are in the sale are even better. Had a wander around town today, not a lot happening really but passed a bit of time 👍🏻
