现状不可描述，公权机关肆无忌惮动辄禁言封号屏视频，个体连言论自由之基本人权都成奢望，又何谈国家思想进步与精神自由？然国乃我等之国，至于正直与善良，也是我中华民族之传承，全世界通用，古今有之，于是记之。

为什么公、检、法、司与行政公权机关天然的官本位影响会被隐藏或无视？除了政治上、历史上中华民族历经商鞅驭民之术外，司法不能独立也无法独立，中国精英阶层无良无知与不团结，有钱有势的人不善良，富人也不帮穷苦外，还存在恐怖的全方位侵害底层民众的大数据管控与大维稳管控，让大众创造力生产力无从解放，从而几乎都落后成为病夫，食税阶层与非食税阶层也几乎都不觉已自成为瓮中君，也许这是原因之一二。大陆有勇有谋者逐年凋零，前十几年诸如还有体制内良知人物任志强、崔永元之类活跃，随后言论自由进一步管控与公权机关公然违宪违法，什么声纹控制及人脸识别眼镜都用上了，底层普罗基本人权毫无尊重，中国的个人人格俢造及培育、教育几无

发生刑事案件或行政案件后，底层公民面对政府和公、检、法、司它们固态模式的天然的默契配合夹击，全面维护自身合法权益几乎是可笑的，事实证明，律师特别是红派律师圈几乎潜意识里都知道这种情况，除非刚入职不久的律界小白。
无论是办案经验丰富的律师前辈或抗争实力强劲的律界团队，其实都清楚，在这种官本位严重的国度里，谈一些公平与正义是奢侈的，律界著名前辈之一徐昕老师办了多起成功胜诉案件，他也公开表达只是幸运或机会，并不确定经手的案假错案能依法定程序与法律规律得到纠正。
