Your mind is constantly keeping you busy (doing nothing!) so you aren't taking action in support of what your soul really wants you to do! See yourself pushing the "STOP" button on the thought so it doesn't finish itself. You will have to do this often to clear the mind and lift your #vibration.

Spend a couple of days observing your mind. Notice how it constantly pulls you around in nothingness! Watch how your #mind won't give you any peace. You will be so glad you got out of the human mind's constant thinking that gets you nowhere!

It takes perseverance in this process of understanding your whole self--starting with your own human mind! This is no quick-fix. Once you are able to master your #mind, then you will be able to tap into the fourth dimension and learn about the higher understandings that are available to you.

The mind has to be corralled--a hard thing to do, but everyone has to master the mind eventually. As you control your mind, tapping into the higher vibration, your #vibration changes, and you get clearer about your limited self and can move more freely into the UNlimited part of yourself.

There are huge differences between living in the human, third dimension, and the spiritual, fourth dimension. The human mind is quite a merry-go-round, spinning you around! In order to move into the higher dimension of yourself--the fourth dimension--you have to learn to turn off the mind.

When you experience resistance to #journaling, this is an indication that you have something you need to journal. If you experience resistance to journaling, it can often mean that there is something your limited-self does not want you to see – something it wants to hide.

Remember that even if your feelings are uncomfortable, they are only a part of what you are thinking or feeling right now, they are not the entirety of you. Write these feelings down and don’t censor yourself. Soon, you will see certain patterns or themes that will lead you to a clear understanding.

Ask each day, “What is my higher self trying to teach me today?” and then sit with your #journal and let your Higher Self prompt you to discover those people or situations that are mirroring something for you. Journal about those situations to glean the message that is trying to emerge.

Your mind is 1/10 conscious, and 9/10 is submerged in the subconscious. Remember, the conscious is aware, and the subconscious holds material of which you are unaware. Your mind is like an iceberg. There’s only a little bit above the surface–just 1/10. 9/10 is hidden.

The spiritual path is about more than seeing auras or simply helping others. Your awakening is about knowing your whole self and releasing your human self from the bindings of the human third dimension, and taking off into the fourth dimension of your spiritual consciousness--your true self.

Journaling allows what you are thinking and feeling to come out and be seen by your Observer Self. Once you have written a thought or a feeling, the mind cannot deny or change it. You get to look at it directly.

Before you will be ready to see what is in your subconscious, you will need to have your Observer Self well-developed and matured. A strong observer will keep you detached from information or feelings that may arise from your subconscious. Healing consists of #forgiveness and #release.

Your soul is very similar to an iceberg. You are only consciously aware of a small portion of your entire self. Your thoughts and behaviors are mainly dominated by memories from the past which are entrenched in your #subconscious.

Your conscious and subconscious aspects of mind are separated by a veil. Subconscious emotional reactions that are rooted in past lives can surface and pass through the veil. They impact your present circumstances by causing you to think and behave in baffling ways.

Your subconscious contains the entire history of your soul’s evolution. All of your past lives, as well as the experiences and talents that you have developed in previous incarnations, are stored in the subconscious mind. It also contains your powerful desire to be fully aware of your God-Self!

You are one-tenth conscious and nine-tenths subconscious. There is a veil between your conscious and #subconscious mind that hides that information until you are prepared to uncover and resolve it. You have been created from many desires, abilities, and influences from other lifetimes!

It was revealed to me on my journey many years ago that my mind is like an iceberg. I eventually understood that I was one-tenth conscious and nine-tenths subconscious, with the latter inaccessible to mebeneath the surface.
