A girl knows nothing. She's just trying to figure stuff out.

Hanoi -> DC -> London. I do a few things, none particularly well. I'm told I was one of the least bad portfolio managers in the 2008 financial crisis. Back to watch this shit show.
"A child only needs 2 or 3 pencils" sounds very, very, very communist. In fact, it's the most communist thing I've heard my entire life.

Even Mikhail Gorbachev wouldn't have said such a thing. There weren't enough cars and blue jeans. But I bet every Soviet child had all the pencils they wanted.

Representing oligarchs as working class heroes is a new low…even for us.

"Till death do us part" is not a marriage vow. It's a thing we're in with our co-voters.

"Why can't we have people from Norway, Sweden, Denmark?" Because it's still sane here in Europe. There's free healthcare, education, clean energy, clean air, food safety. We have neighbors that don't vote for us to die. Coffee is good. I can go on and on.

The idea that King George could not be held accountable for crimes committed while being king is wild.

FYI these are Pantone colors for prosthetic penises. I'm just gonna make fun of Pantone every day for the entire year.

I have never looked at my Pantone markers and thought, what I want is "Cloud Dancer" white.

I mean, you have to look at the scale of an actual Pantone catalog, to understand that this is not a decision anyone can arrive at, either statistically randomly, or through deliberation.

Donald J. Trump is without a doubt the weirdest weirdo to have ever been President. And Ulysses S. Grant was a mathematician, an alcoholic, and had a middle initial that didn't stand for anything.

Russ Vought planned a wedding while dismantling 250 years of government capabilities. I could do without these supervillains but damn, I want their organizational skill.

I cannot walk and text.

I thank my parents for their unconditional love and unwavering support, even when they don't understand. My sister for playing ALL the roles in my Disney movie, from best friend to archnemesis and everything in between. 🧵

If I had to guess the last time a gun was fired in the vicinity of Faragut Park, I would have guessed 1813.

It's sad that two National Guard members got shot, and Trump should answer for his policies which made this possible if not predictable.

The US is the only place I've ever lived in the world where policies seem directed at killing people.

In no other place do I ever feel that there's a person up or down the chain who doesn't want people to live. The evilness of it chills the bones.

Donald Trump is a joke. Or a Russian mole. *No one* is this bad at negotiating. My three-year-old is literally better.
New: I can confirm hasty US-Russia proposal being pushed to Ukrainians via Dmitriev-Witkoff to Umerov. It would amount to Ukraine’s capitulation, with people familiar saying it’s Kremlin’s maximalist demands.
-Ukraine army cut 1/2
-Give up certain weapons
-Give up Donbas
-Zelensky displeased
