it’s kind of tough when the vast majority of large reach media is fully conservative owned and more than happy to propagandize. there is no “progressive” large reach news in the country… the star, sort of… but, then the editorial board/owners go and endorse lib and pc candidates 🤷‍♂️

classic doug: beer prices are up, the provinces revenue share is down, our world renowned bottle recycling program is in shambles, small breweries are getting the shaft and the jobs created pay less.
oh, and there’s the billion or so price tag paid to brewers retail to make all this magic happen.

easy and cheap toronto win: mandate schools and parks are accessible by a minimum N/S and E/W bike lane (ideally circling the spaces). traffic calming and kid friendly.

it would be nice if the TPS could understand that it’s the culture of entitlement and violence on the roads that they defend and refuse to police that enabled your assault.

and, the REALLY silent? TPS and parking enforcement… just passed 3 separate cars in a side street bike lane… luckily there was a parking cop (on bike!) at the end of the street - unluckily, he completely ignored me when i pointed it out and continued on his way.

it’s a hell site with insane pop-ups… search for the name - it will give you the name results - another text box will be there where you can specify “police” or whatever to narrow the search.
