Every time I start working on something, thoughts like this come into my head and I doubt. I take forever to finish anything, fighting the whole time, then fight the feeling that a subpar drawing from some fraud like myself is even worth sharing, it anyone sees it anyway on the internet now

This is the impression my work gives off.

Why? I ask myself this constantly. Is what I do so vapid to just be an imitation? Is it because its fan art? The same characters and poses? Do I mimic too much, take too much time, is what I do so deeply uninteresting to a viewer? Am I not saying anything?

I was told this at art school about how my work looked a certain way. You might have noticed I haven’t posted much art in a while. Though being time-poor is one reason, more sincerely it has to do with this statement.
