Ink doesn’t really swell, bleed or scar anymore. He had a Saniderm patch on it in one photo and those things work wonders. Tattoos have come a long way.
I thought the same but it says “do x sit ups and x pushups and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes”. I think if you had to do all in 14 minutes it would read “do x pushups, x sit ups, and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes”. The “and” between sit ups and push ups isolates the run (in my mind)
