This reminds me of when I would take my long "walks" when I was young. I loved them so much.
A 10 year old that would leave in the morning, alone, walking through woods. Not coming home until sunset.
(There's trauma to unpack there, but that's for another day)

Week 2 of Aquafit.
If i didn't think the instructor noticed people before, I certainly know he does now.
I've attended only once before. But he noticed I was taking it easy compared to last week. (My SI joint was so sore for 3 days last week)
He approached me after class asking what was up 😅

Almost done my first week back to work.
If I'm honest, I'm still in that scared phase. Scared that my back will give out. Scared that my burnout will return
But it's OK. I'm in a lovely facility with lovely people
And while I was worried my bedside would be affected, it's not. I'm still patient

I bought orange juice for the first time in a while.
I fully regret it.
Instant all day heartburn. An hour or more of coughing.
And yet, I can have spicy korean food and have no reaction. What gives?

Got on the bus this morning to go to work. Only to find all my other coworkers from previous travel contracts on there. We're all at the same hospital, but different units. Then, the next stop, another person we all worked with got on.
It was so nice to have that mini reunion :)

My latest suitcase (bought 1.5 years ago), lost the wheel during transit yesterday.
The screws are still there. The wheel is not. As though someone ripped the wheel off 😅

Shopping at Walmart, I was waiting for someone to continue down an aisle so I could pick something up.
Person behind (older) said loudly "Keep walking! Keep moving!"
Obviously the person in front of me didn't move as they were looking for their item.
Idk what that lady thought would happen 😅
